3. Program Access & Payment
When you enroll in a digital course, mentorship program, or paid service:
You agree to pay the full amount listed or agreed upon during checkout.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless clearly stated in writing.
If you select a payment plan, you are responsible for all scheduled payments. Missed or declined payments may result in revoked access to programs.
If your account becomes more than 30 days past due, we reserve the right to send your account to a third-party collections agency and/or report the balance to credit and financial institutions. You will be responsible for any additional fees incurred in the collections process, including attorney fees, collection agency charges, and administrative costs.
We reserve the right to cancel or deny access to any of our services if you violate these Terms or disrupt the experience of other users.
4. No Guarantees
Our services, including coaching, educational content, and digital programs, are designed to support and educate. We do not guarantee any specific income, career outcome, or result.
Your success depends on your own commitment, effort, and follow-through.
5. Testimonials and Results Disclosure
Any testimonials shared on the Site or in our marketing materials are real stories from past or current clients. These results are not typical and are not guaranteed. They are shared for illustrative purposes only.
6. Confidentiality
If you participate in any private coaching, mentorship, or group programs, you agree to keep all shared client information and discussions confidential.

7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Harass, threaten, or harm other users
Impersonate another individual or entity
Distribute spam, malware, or viruses

We reserve the right to remove any user from a program or community space for behavior we deem inappropriate, harmful, or in violation of these Terms.
